How do I properly connect the gamer headset?

I have this gamer headset from KONIX PS-400 for the PS4 / PC since today

Tried to connect to PC recently. In Teamspeak3 I could hear the others from the guild. But not me. Or if then just very quietly. If I changed it, they heard me. The sound came out of the speakers normally. What am I doing wrong? Sorry is still new territory for me.

P.S: Even if it stands for the PS: 4 The description and the order also included the X-box and PC.

I guess it is a simple jack on most pc you need a y adapter so two jack connectors (usually a green and a pink) or there's also a USB adapter.

I don't need a y either. A usb adapter would surely be better. Can you recommend one?

I have one of dukable for 3.5mm jack 4 poles
