Following problem:
For about three weeks I have noticed that the games on my PS4 console are not working properly. There's a jerk when gaming, the game just doesn't run smoothly! This is especially easy to see if you turn the direction of the game character or the camera around the character, then you notice that the image jerks as if you were rocking the screen back and forth. I then opened the console (bought no longer a guarantee since 2014) and cleaned the fan from dust (the fan was so covered with dust that I thought that if I clean it now the console will definitely run normally again, that must) the cause of the problem) After cleaning the fan, I unfortunately found that the problem still exists. I tried a lot of things, for example: reset console to factory settings, delete games from memory, the memory is relieved, external memory connected, etc. Unfortunately nothing helped. The problem occurs with almost all games, only in games that do not put too much strain on the console, such as (FIFA 20), the problem can hardly be felt.
do you have any idea where the problem could be? Should it be a hardware defect, which component could possibly be affected?
I look forward to your advice.
I would say the runtime of your PS4 GPU is coming to an end. I would not recommend you to do whatever repairs because the PS5 will not come out in a few months.
Do you use PS4 often with more complex games? If so then my statement should most probably be correct
Thanks for the feedback.
Yes, I use the PS4 quite often. Games that I play regularly include RDR2, GTA Online, Fallout 4, and other games from time to time
I assume you use the joah every day for 6 years.
Joah XD takes a long time
