I play Assassin's Creed Valhalla on the PC and have now heard several times that the graphics on the PC should be better than the ones on the PS5. I play Valhalla on the "very high" preset and have to say that the graphics are much more blurred and pixelated than with the new generation of consoles. This is particularly noticeable on faces and rocks / mountains.
Is that perhaps due to the render resolution that I have set to 100 by default or is the graphics of the new consoles simply better?
Do you play on the same monitor with the same resolution? Is "very high" the best setting?
A console will never be better than a good PC.
"Default"
You seem to have stopped hiring.
I only play on PC at 1080p and only see gameplay from the PS5, and that's where it looks better. And right off the bat, I hardly noticed any difference between "very high" and ultra high
Well, all settings are set to very high where should I set something else big
There's not only the default setting. And then there's also the resolution.
1080p to 4k is just a difference as an example.
Your graka is also a factor. Ray tracing and stuff
PS5 vs "Amazon gaming PCs"?
Nothing beats a self-made one.
So the gameplay what I saw from the PS5 for comparison was also in 1080p. And ray tracing has my GraKa wouldn't that make such a difference in the sharpness of the game?
Ray tracing is the real-time calculation of light, shadow and sound. That can make a difference.
The video was maybe in 1080p, but the game was set to 4k safe. You can already see the difference, so to speak, just not native
No. If you turn everything to max in the graphics settings, the game looks much better on the PC
