Transfer PlayStation games?

I borrowed a PlayStation4 to try out whether I would use it. During that time I bought two games that I downloaded to my account.
Now that I have to return the borrowed PlayStation, the question arises whether these games are now lost to me or if I buy some of my own ps4, can I transfer them from the borrowed to my own?

You just have to log in with your account data on your new Playsi, and you have your games back.

The games are not tied to the console, but to the account. If you log in to another PS4 with your account, you can access the games.
