Speed up PS4 downloads?

I've been looking for an option to speed up the downloads on my PS4 for ages, but everything is helpless. I changed the DNA, I experimented and everything. When I test the connection it says something about 41M / Bits, but games and downloads in general are only downloaded with a maximum of 9. I ask for help. Did I miss an option or something?
