PS4 Pro crash, hardware defect or system error?

My PS4 Pro has now crashed twice within 2-4 hours. She always tried to restart, and while she was rebooting or before she could even restart, she crashed again. Then I took it off the power once and then plugged it back in and then I got the message that there was a system software error. Since then she is going again. Now my question is whether this was really a system software error or if something could be broken on the hardware? Is this problem known? Should I exchange the PS4 or use my guarantee? The error code is: CE-36329-3

Sa

Not necessarily. Depends on whether a damage to the hardware has arisen, and who yes how big he is.

Sony PS is always very vulnerable to such things.

No, no harm has ever been done. The PS4 is warm but not hot. If I got the PS4 then restarted, the error code comes: ce-36329-3 and there's then an error in the system software has occurred.

Br

That happened with my old ps4 too, and it still works

Did you happen to play anthem?

Properly, if the PS4 overheats the light bar flashes red and you get a message that the system overheats and you have to turn it off, or turns it off when it gets too hot.

I would not mind, was a "normal" system software error.
Which game did you play when it happened?

Br

It happened a few minutes later when I closed Fortnite. But yesterday already 2 times. But never before, and with my old PS4 it was like that, and it still works (PS4 Slim)

I would not worry about a possible hardware error.

Are you using the boost mode of PS4 Pro?

Br

No, I do not use the boost mode. Should I use it?

Ad

I use it in all games
