Ps4 System Software Error - Normal?

Have just gambled on the PS4, and then the ps4 does not crash but just a message on gone where it stood in the system software is a mistake or something. Then I could press ok and continue to gamble. Is that bad?
Can this indicate a hardware defect? My PS4 has crashed twice in March, but then crashed correctly, and then I took it briefly from the stream and then stuck again and since then she is not even crashed or came even more error codes until now. Is that bad?
