Does the PC seasonpass for Assassin's Creed Odyssey also work on the Ps4?

Just the exact question above, I really want to play the Atlantis DLC, but I just don't have enough money, there's a promotion on Amazon where the season pass is sold for 15 euro (PC) and I could afford that.

What do you think? Do you think that is possible? Has jmd tried that?
