Buy a Playstation voucher with a Saturn voucher?

My question is whether I would work with one Saturn or several in one Saturn, e.g. Playstation Gift Cards can buy or something else.

And how is it with their partner Media Markt

You can actually buy whatever you want with the vouchers. With Playstation credit you will most likely have to show an ID if you are not of legal age or do not look like it.
