Ps4 movies don't play and failures while gambling?

I have a problem with the internet on the Ps4. For example, I would like to play a film that I have bought on the Playstation under "my videos", but then I get a message that my internet is currently too weak for this. Or when I play a certain (online) game, every now and then I just stay open for a few seconds, which makes it easy for opponents to kill me. And if I also stream live, no video is sent to YouTube for the period of the "lag" and the stream gets a juicy 29-second delay.

Now, of course, I'm wondering why that is, you could probably think about the Internet, but everything else actually always works well (e.g. Watching videos). And during the failures my router shows no problems or anything but is in a completely normal state. (I close the option that it is still due to the Internet).

If anyone has any idea why, I would be happy to hear from you.
