Ps4 makes Internet weakening is there anything against it?

My Ps4, which is not very old, is causing the internet to crash in the last week. I notice every time I do the ps4 that my cell phone has no good connection directly. I've looked up whether that is simply generally on the Internet and the ps4 needs the full power in which I have the ps4 completely disconnected from the Internet so in the options have made the connection, but even without a connection the Internet lurches noticeably every time off when the ps4 is and always stable again when the ps4 goes out. What could be the problem?

PS4 does not connect to the internet via the Wlan.
PS4 requires a broadband internet connection. Lan cable should help.

I would take out the network plug of the ps4 and then to input and output of the data volume. Then plug it in again and look again. It may be that this is not enough for everything.
