Playstation Network Account locked?

I noticed that many streamers had their Playstation Network accounts blocked. I would be interested in what it looks like legally. Can Sony simply block my online access to online games for which I have probably spent a lot of money? An insult in the party chat then has nothing to do with the fact that I e.g. Can drive against others in a racing game. Do I have a right to get the money back for the games? Especially if it wasn't even a bad insult for which you were banned.
