The disc of a PS4 game of mine broke. Since I do not want to lose the memory data, I checked if the data from the game was spelled on the console and I was able to find my last memory point. Now I'm wondering if I can just buy the disc and save the memory data from the console on it. Would it be possible? If so, how exactly does it work?
The data is not stored on the CD but on your hard drive. The game is also already installed on it. Just buy a new CD, it will work like a replacement key so said.
You can't write anything on the disc, it is finished and no longer writable… Your memory is on the disk
