Disney plus restricted with SmartTV?

I bought a new SmartTV from JTC (50 inch) and installed Disney + at the same time. However, the side part (where you can search for series and films) is somehow cut off. If I press all the way to the left (like when you normally search for a PS4) it shows a hint of this bar. Can you change that?
