I recently bought a 43 inch 4K screen (I do not know the name by heart) and use it for my PS4 for gambling and for Netflix. At a distance of 2 meters (while gambling) and 5 meters (for TV etc.) ideally suited.
Well, I have the experience that too large displays for gambling are not really suitable, because you at some point for information, just missing the overview and the "ways" are too far.
if you play UHD and have 140 diagonals, then you have to move the mouse too long to aim, etc. The small units somewhere at the edge of the horizon just look as small as 3-millimeter-sized things, your crosshair is just 4 centimeters tall.
But I would only sit about 1 meter away from the desk…
Clearly depends on the distance. If you are sitting far enough away, that will be clear.
Personally, that does not bother me, at least when gambling. Of course, healthy is something else. And for series, movies etc, 1 meter is already damn little.
