Can't load saved data from the USB stick to the Ps4?

I dragged the saved data from The Witcher 3 onto my USB stick and then initialized the PS4 and now I'm shown that there's no saved data on the USB stick, although there should actually be some on it.

Is the stick also formatted FAT32? You can use this tool: https://www.wintotal.de/download/fat32formatter/ It can also format data carriers larger than 32GB as FAT32. First insert the stick, then start the tool.
