I received an email from PayPal that 9.99 euro will be debited from my account because PsPlus was purchased for 1 month.
The only difference is that I have neither made the purchase nor received the month mentioned, my PsPlus expires on December as before.
Could it be a hacker who ordered PsPlus on his account or is it only possible for his own account?
And can I cancel the order?
My PayPal account was specified as the payment method so you don't need a password when you are in my account.

If so, it would have to be debited again and again if you don't deny it (digitally)
Has the money been debited from you to PayPal or do you only have the email? Could also be a phishing mail
Automatic renewal was disabled, and it only renews when it expires and I have until December.
