Ps4 controller does not work on PC (Windows10)?

I connected my Ps4 controller to the PC by cable and it lights up orange (like when it is charging) but I pressed the Ps button and nothing happened. It doesn't work with Ds4 either and my PC has no bluetooth.

Can someone help me?

PS4 controllers are from Sony
XBOX controllers are from Microsoft
Windows is from Microsoft

So you need a "virtual adapter". You have to download a program that "converts" the control from the PS4 controller to the XBOX controller control.

Then just buy an Xbox controller. That is the best solution and the best controller:-).

Using a Playstation Controller on a PC is so or so naive. Sony wants you to stay on their platform and not go somewhere else. Although that would be better.
