SADES SA810 only 1 jack plug, which adapter to buy?

I have the SADES SA810 headset and I previously connected it to a ps4 controller and now I want to connect it to the PC, but I need an apdapter because the headset only has a jack plug.

But I bought the wrong thing and now my microphone doesn't work, so I read that from other questions, but which one do I need now?

You need a TRRS to TRS adapter.
