Return already user PS4 Saturn?

I ordered a PS4 to pick up from Saturn's ONLINE MARKET less than 14 days ago, picked it up and already used it.

Now my question would be whether I should be able to return this to Saturn without further ado.

Basically, because of the current lockdown, it also counts as an online purchase, as I can't look at the goods in the store.

Would the situation change if it was a bundle with an inclusive Fifa CD? (CD unopened)
