Return console to Saturn?

A week ago I got an Xbox Series S online, picked it up and when I got home I just opened it and plugged it in and played a short round, then watched videos and I didn't like it. Then the day before yesterday I was at Saturn to return it, they said to me I should call Xbox Support and send it to them then called there and they said that since it was bought from a third party Saturn I should go back with the email confirmation and get it drop off there. Was there again and then they said to me because these stickers were opened from the box and they won't take it back. What can I do now? I packed everything back up and it actually looks like new again

If the console works properly and is not a defective product, you can't return it. Once you've taken off the sticker.

Cu

If you buy an item and you don't like it, you don't automatically have the right to simply return it. In the case of a defect (which of course was not added on purpose) it looks different for the purposes of guarantee. It is up to the business itself whether they take this back out of goodwill or not. If this is rejected, you have to be satisfied with it.

Otherwise you can sell it as "quasi" new on Ebay / classified ads. With receipt etc. For guarantee. Easier to sell.

Bi

If you bought the item ONLINE and only PICKED it up in the store, you have a 2-week right of withdrawal.

The item does NOT have to be in the original packaging, and any stickers on the outer box are irrelevant in this regard. The retailer may not refuse to take the goods back if the packaging is missing - there would only be a restriction for certain product groups such as food or hygiene items - which is hardly the case with an XBox.

You are welcome to speak to them again, it seems that your request was not understood correctly. Your description reads as if a defect was described because of which you were referred to the manufacturer.

Bi

If we understand the question correctly, the item was purchased online and only picked up. In this case, there's a distance contract.

Cu

Oh, if the online was bought and only picked up on site, it's something else. The questioner then has to inform the business about this. Preferably with a reference to the distance contract.

Bi

Just. Treasures here was secretly communicated unclearly. Returns are rarely a problem at Saturn.

Mo

Hey Many thanks for your help! Yes, everything is complete, no, no defects and yes I ordered it online and then I went to the market to pick it up. I told them that too, but mine to me, the seal is open, so the glue where you open the box and that's why they don't take it back. What can I do against it?

Mo

It was ordered online, I just picked up the Xbox at the market. Everything is also available ovp etc. And the article also works fine but I don't like it but mine to me the seal was opened so this adhesive there when you open the Xbox OVP and therefore they don't take it back. And then I'd have to sell it on eBay classifieds for a lot less money. Bought it for 290 euro and on eBay they would buy it from me for 250 euro max so I'm almost 50 euro minus

Mo

I bought it online, so then there's a distance contract like the others mean. And I have to take off these stickers to open the xbox and mine to me because the stickers are off, the seal is gone and they refuse to take the goods.

Mo

I would appreciate an answer so that I can go back to Saturn tomorrow before the recall time expires.

Bi

Sealing is irrelevant. If the part is not damaged, a return may not be refused. The best thing to do is to clarify again that it was bought ONLINE and therefore the right of return exists, even if you picked it up in the local shop.

Ri

Yes, you can still not return the goods
