I would like to stream on my PS4 Slim via Twitch Fortnite (comments on how bad you find this game you can save yourself at this point.) Since my internet connection is generally not very good (~ 30 ping) I wonder if I'm going to stream that I'd be streaming without Facecam if that matters.
If you have at least 10mb Upstream is not a problem.
