What bit rate is recommended?

I have been streaming on twitch for a while now and wanted to find out if my bitrate makes sense. I have a 400k line with an upload of 50 mbs and wanted to ask in what resolution and with what bitrate I can stream.

I just started a test stream via inspector and once a normal test stream started 1080p 60 fps with all settings to max with a bit rate of 6000 without any problems ^^ 32 samples and preset to max quality
