If I run on twitch fortnite stream it runs smoothly then chops and runs on and then hack again and so on…

Have an AMD ryzen 5 2400g, Radeon 580 and an Internet line 100 Download 40 upload so it should actually work lcib… I have made a test and on Youtube no laggs etc only on twitch

I think you use OBS. Go to the settings, then to streaming and put down the bitrate. It may well be that your CPU is just too overloaded by the coding.

Twitch has her own rules how to do that with bitrate and so on. I would recommend you to watch a YouTube video, where it is discussed in more detail.
