Car trip streaming without pixelating?

As in the title, I want to show what has been driven live with my camera on Youtube or Twitch.

Now you have to pixelate everything on Youtube videos because of the (DSGVO).

But how does this work with live streams, because I can't do pixels.

Just wanted to ask what it looks like legally.

I assume that you would need a filming permit for this. On the other hand, nowadays people should assume that they are always being filmed somewhere.
