Twitch Affiliate Legal?

I will soon be able to participate in the Twitch affiliate program and wanted to ask what I have to consider. I have already watched a video where you stand as a teenager not more than 20 days a year and only from 8-18. But I know someone who is an affiliate and doesn't stick to it. Do you really have to pay attention to that when live streaming because I prefer to stream without getting any money but more than 20 days a year. So actually my question is whether I really have to stick to it.

I would rather worry that as soon as you take in money, you will go into a business and have to register it (taxes!).

You will then probably fall under the small business regulation and therefore do not have to pay sales tax, but you still have to register the story.

That was basically in the statement: If that's work, so you also generate sales with it, then the timing for minors counts quite regularly.

But why are there so many who don't stick to it?

They just take the risk. No plaintiff, no judge. Can just backfire.
