I'd really like to start streaming on Twitch Fortnite,
However, I do not currently have the most glaring hardware:
CPU: i5 2500k
Graka: RX 580 8GB
Motherboard: Asus z68 v lx
RAM: 8 GB
however I have a normal internet with:
Ping: 21
Download: 46.38
Upload: 9.06
My wish would be it was free to stream so that I can still play in Fortnite tournaments, maybe you have a few settings for me or a software?
So streaming goes with the PC, but then also ONLY stream. You need a better CPU to play and stream at the same time
Your graphics card is enough. The CPU never. 4 cores and 4 threads are low end.
If you like streaming and playing tunes I recommend a Ryzen 5 2600 with 16GB RAM and a B450 motherboard.
The 6 cores and 12 threads are definitely enough.
Fortnite you probably play, as each of the tunes plays on low.

Your processor is what hacks when streaming.
What you could do would be to buy you a new processor with a new ram and a new motherboard, otherwise I see no other improvement for this.
