Stream keeps breaking off due to bit rate (twitch)?

I recently stopped streaming because the stream crashed directly because of the bit rate. My internet is running perfectly so it can't be because I really don't know anything about streaming, I hope you can help me

Do you stream on OBS?

Yes, I have just started my stream again and it was an excellent bitrate and still the stream stops and goes out

There's not much you can do, delete OBS and download it again.
