Is it worthwhile to live streaming from an i5 7500 to an i7 7700k although I have NVENC as encoder?

I've been streaming on Twitch for a while. I stream in 720p60 with a 3500 bitrate with an i5 7500, 16GB RAM and a GTX 1060 6GB (as encoder). It also runs smoothly but I wonder if it is still worthwhile to switch to an i7 7700k. Have in the stream about 15% CPU utilization. If my elaborate scene transition is used, the utilization is about 23% high. If my somewhat elaborate alerts to the show, the CPU utilization is about 19%. I had with my old Facecam in a resolution of 1280x720 an average utilization of 4% -7%. Since I have a Logitech C920 HD, the average CPU utilization (see above) is about 15%. Shall I switch to an i7 7700k even though I use the graphics card as an encoder?

I thank you now for answers and your help.

As you already said, the CPU is not even halfway used would be an upgrade wasting money

Since your CPU is hardly used, it's not worth it. If then upgrade to an AMD Ryzen 7 2700, which is ideal for streaming.
