Twitch random PN's?

I'm used to writing bots from time to time with strange messages, but today I was a little confused that apparently I randomly wrote to about 20 people with the following message (which of course I don't have): Wanna become famous? Buy followers, primes and viewers on (Followinbot. Com)!

I wonder how that could have happened because even my Acc should have been hacked but actually the two-factor. Authentication should prevent others from having access to my Acc.

Unfortunately I have not found any similar cases on the Internet so I could vll get an idea of exactly where it is. I'm really baffled at the moment what could be the cause and how I can fix it.

These are just bots that people do to convince you to buy something from them, don't worry, I can't explain that with two-factor auth
