A good tip from me: talk. Speech. Speech. Even if it's weird that nobody is in the stream. The thing is: if whoever comes into the stream and everything is quiet, it is very likely that they will go straight back and watch someone else
No. You can adjust the quality you want to transmit in obs and on twitch. The pc is only half the rent. A stable internet line is also important, but 50mbits are enough if you don't have anyone else in the house
