Streaming on Twitch- When motion does the image pixelate?

Moin, I have a good gaming PC but I have problems streaming.

When I move and especially when I turn around, the area around me pixelates and becomes blurred.

With others, this does not happen with comparable PCs. I have a very good management.

Apart from OBS and XSplit, are there any other maybe better software?

Bit Rate! The bit rate is very low for smaller streamers. So you have to become a Twitch affiliate or partner to improve your stream.
