Stream lag? - 1

I'm trying to stream on Twitch through OBS

Missed frames due to rendering delay and skipped frames due to coding delay are both set to 0, but when you watch the stream it loads more often than when the internet connection is insufficient, but has 100down and 40up.

Bitrate is 6000, keyframe interval is 2 and veryfast.

Call settings.

Bit rate 6000 can do little without the settings.
