Can I stream a TV show on Twitch?

So you can react on Twitch on YouTube videos. What about TV shows? For example the soccer World Cup. If, for example, broadcast live on ZDF or ARD, can you also show it on Twitch?

No you can't. The sports broadcast is not your "intellectual property" and the copyrights belong to the broadcaster or the like.
