Since you have DDR3 memory, you have to resort to older processors. I would not take the FX from AMD.
The i7-4790K would be one of the better processors that would work with this RAM.
Or you buy DDR4 RAM and then have the opportunity to buy a Ryzen 7 which would be great for streaming.

Yes, Rzyen 2700 should be, because the i7-4790 streaming quality otherwise pretty bad…
