Hallu C:

I wanted to stream a bit on Twitch right away and maybe I would want to use some music, which can I take? C

Re

Any music that you have the rights to or music that is copyright-free.

Fi

All right, ok

si

We expect content creators to only share content for which they have the necessary rights. It is against our guidelines to stream or upload content that contains copyrighted music unless you have the appropriate rights or are authorized to share such music on Twitch.

It is not allowed to include music that does not belong to you in your streams or on-demand content (i.e. VODs, previous broadcasts, previous premieres, highlights, clips and uploads) on Twitch. Exceptions apply to the cases described below or if this is otherwise permitted by law.

Please note that purchasing music (e.g. On CD or in MP3 format) or subscribing to a music streaming service does not usually entitle you to share music on Twitch. With such a purchase or such a subscription, you usually receive a personal license that only entitles you to access the content for the purpose of personal and private viewing.

Here you can read more about it:

Ui thank you C

wa

You can only use music for which you have the rights.

But you can also use almost any video game music, since Twitch is mainly there to stream video games and it would be pretty pointless to make copyright claims for the music that is in the games. There are, however, a few exceptions, such as the Sims 3 soundtrack. So you might want to see if the music is okay, but in the vast majority of cases, video game music should be good. There are also extra playlists with video game music on YouTube that you can use, for example.

Okay good idea C

You should use copyright music, which can be found on YouTube, if you use normal music your videos will be deleted and can then be banned permanently.

Fi

Yes, can it be that it is not always detected? Because sometimes I look at a streamer who has music where she never has a copyright for I think C
