Does anyone have a good YouTube video that explains exactly what you should set up before streaming on Twitch?

Stop with pause screen, emotes, sounds and so on.

A yt video ned but for the overlay you can use stream labs (side program from obs) there are already a lot of overlays in the "store" but with the tones and emotes I can help ned grad

There are no perfect settings, as you always have to set these on your hardware & upload. It is always best to first name your hardware so that one can say what you could stream and how high your upload is.
