I'm trying to stream Twitch live for several days now. But each time then stands over the stream "Prepares." and nothing happens. I actually have quite good internet, or are 21mb download and 103kb upload too little? It works via Youtube. If it should not be on the Internet, then what?

If you have not enabled 2 factor authentication then it can't be done.
The 2F Authy is now required to stream Twitch.
