Twitch definitely better, trd more active on Yt
Depends what you want to stream. Gaming definitely Twitch, because the community for gaming is bigger there than on yt. Yt is more suitable for reactive or other streams.

YouTube and Twitch are not comparable at all, the presence on Twitch is on the live streams and the clips are only created with streams.
