Downgrading Twitch Stream quality?

I want to stream via twitch but I can only stream over 780p how can I make my viewers watch the stream at 480p or 360p

This function is not available to you as https://www.twitch.tv/.../partners/.

You have to decide in advance for a resolution setting and set this in the transmission program. There's no selection via the Twitch player.
