I was permanently banned from the chat on twitch due to alleged spam. My request for cancellation has been rejected. It is important to me because I have a lot of points. Is there a way to get rid of the spell?

Were only banned from one streamer. You can usually submit the application for a ban on the respective discord (if the streamer has one).
