If you stream: you have to restart stream, then it continues as before
If you are watching streamers: continue where the stream is currently. Possibly. Depending on the platform, you can also "go back" live, but then you will not get anything from the current happening.
So is it like starting a new stream?
Yeah. Unless you somehow manage to send new data within the tolerance time of the streaming provider… But THAT is unlikely (somewhere around 10 seconds)
