Is this PC good for streaming?

I want to buy this PC to stream (PS4) on twitch. I don't want to gamble about it. Maybe also cut and render videos. (3 screens)

Well… The question is already very imprecise, I wouldn't try 4k gaming with most games. Video editing in 4k and with 100 levels is probably not a good idea either.
