Which streaming PC?
I wanted to start streaming again and now want to get a streaming PC.
It should work so that I can record at 2160p 60FPS with an Elgato 4K60PRO MK2. The PS4 Pro will be included in this case, but so will the PS5 in the future. I don't care whether AMD or Intel in the processor selection or AMD vs Nvidia. Comment on good PC components that together make a good streaming PC. Price should go up to 1000 Euro / CHF and I will only stream on the PC no more.
What's your budget for the pc? And do you only want to use the PC for recording or should it also be good for gaming?
PC is intended for streaming only. I'll gamble on the PS4 / 5. Only the stream programs should be open on the PC. No more. Just don't stream anymore. Budget would be at 1000 but below that would be much better.

If you only use the PC for streaming, that would work because you can put a lot of budget into the CPU.

What the GPU for, the CPU prices are still normal and with the GPU you can take a cheaper one that hardly has to have any performance. That would then fit because you can also render a stream with the CPU
What speeds can you reach exactly?
That's right, but have you ever tried cpu rendering? That works more badly than right in the stream. For video editing it is quite good but streaming without a reasonable GPU because you can leave it right away.
Then you turn it around and wait a little longer. You can also use used graphics cards, a 1080TI will do that too if it even reaches 4k in games
Yes ne 1080ti is enough but then put together a system for 1000 euro with a 1080ti. I'm waiting.

You could even save something on this PC by not using a Ryzen 5 3600, but using a 1600AF. You don't need much memory anyway if you only install OBS and 550W is enough with a TDP of 65W for the CPU and 250W for the GPU
You should at least have an 8 core to stream.
If you use the encoder of the GPU, you can stream with a bad CPU.
I can tell about it myself, because I stream 6GB via my 1060 and have an FX-6300 as processor, which has 6 half cores and therefore only 3 cores
Yes it depends on what is streamed.
It wouldn't do much to stream in such a high resolution if it is on Twitch because Twitch only supports 1080P 60 FPS. You can alternatively take an old PC with a GTx 1050 or so which is then for streaming, alternative is enough for Full HD also the Intel HD 630 BZW amd APU

So back then my system 2700x, 1060 6gb 16gb ram was never able to stably stream 1080p30 fps in my life.
In any case, I can stream Minecraft in 1060p @ 60 on my PC, always with a lag spike, but mostly without problems
Minecraft yes, but what about apex or huntshowdown… Minecraft doesn't need strong hardware, unless you throw a few mods on it.
Nevertheless Minecraft draws more resources than the capture card, which "only" passes on the picture of the PS4 / 5
With capture card it should work but they are not quite cheaper.
I expected that the FS already had one and didn't want to include it in its budget. Especially not a 4k60 Pro Mk.2
