The PC is garbage for streaming - not even for gambling I would take that. Office & Multimedia vll., Everything else no.
RAM too slow
CPU too bad for streaming (at least Ryzen 7 2000er / 3000er)
Graphics card (there are none) … Runs on the APU, I think nothing of. Restricts, will cause problems. Low budget.
Such PCs are bought by children & unsuspecting.

Many also forget that every application in ÒBS extra CPU power is needed. You will not be happy with such a CPU.
Even then, I would not recommend Ryzen 5 for streaming.
You just need the extra power of an R7. For pure gambling, an R5 is okay, but not for streaming in the long run & not when you want to play hardware-hungry games.
