What I've read about it I do not think so bad with the privacy, upload filter and such. Why do most people exaggerate on the subject so - and more importantly - why should not the creators and streamers publish / stream videos? Is Article 13 in favor of overriding all YouTube and Twitch channels, or why are they all doing such a wave? And if so, you can still do something or you have no chance?
After the current event, it does not seem to me personally as if you could stop the article 13 yet. This is because one has already sought a lot of conversation with the politicians and each time was very rejected. I believe that four million petition signatures have so far been ignored. But I also think that after some time you will realize that the decision was a mistake, and then you try to change something.
But if I understand correctly, it may be that it will be postponed again, if no final agreement is made.
