I have the following problem.
My download is running e.g. On Steam with 35-45 MB / s but as soon as I want to watch a stream on Twitch I manage this if ever on 160p.
Have on several sides a speed test respected and get there values of 0.3 - 1.5 MBit / s.
In games have in addition in addition the problem, which I have lasting packet loss.
The router / PC I have restarted several times.
Someone an idea where the mistake could be buried?
If the download and the stream are running at the same time, if so, you have to stop one of them.
No, they are NOT running at the same time, so smart I'm myself. ^^
You never know.
Anyway, what about z.b with youtube videos? Or the download speed in the browser in general?
Your download on Steam creates about 300 mbit / s in the download? It's not bad.
What's the hurry for a line?
Download speed in the browser is also OK. YouTube videos and streams also go. Nevertheless, the problem remains with the packet loss in games and the low test. ^^
Did you connect your PC via LAN or WLAN?
LAN
I have a 400k line
About glass fiber?
So these 400Mbit apply only between your router and the provider.
This has absolutely nothing to do with any problems in your local network environment.
What does your network configuration look like?
Do you hang by Lan cable, or WLan on the router? Do you have any gigabit switches somewhere in the network? Did you (everywhere with Lan) everywhere CAT6, or CAT 7 cable used? Or maybe you use this network via power cable ("Powerlan", or "DLan")?
Wi-Fi is quite prone to failure and far less fast than a Lan connection.
With transmission disturbances it comes to relatively many "package losses". These packets will then be requested repeatedly and this will massively break the usable bandwidth. The reaction times are also drastically reduced.

If you have tapped your hardware for problems, try it with the software cFosSpeed.
This allows the priorities of the network access to be controlled dynamically. Also, the ping can be improved.

The demo runs 30 days, as far as I can remember. And the license is a lifetime license.
And if you have several Windows computers in your local network, this program should also be installed on all (with your own license). Then these computers communicate with each other and prioritize all emerging network accesses to the Internet.
Maybe it helps you.
But you can test that with this demo version yes.
But first the basic problems of your local network have to be solved. This software is then the icing on the cake of this process.
