Reduce buffers on Twitch?

I watch a twitch stream.

I see how others in the chat can react to things earlier. They are already writing something and I see that only a few seconds later?

How can I adjust that it is more live with me?

I look at the MacBook in the Safari browser

In the video, click on the gear> Advanced and then select Low latency
