Twitch affiliate without tax ID?

I wanted to fill out the twitch affiliate and I had to enter my tax ID. I didn't know that, so I ticked that I applied for it. Then it said: If a TIN is not provided, there will be no reduction in the 30% statutory tax withholding rate that applies to your payments originating in the United States.

So what does that mean? Can I still get bits, subs and such, or is it a criminal offense, right? How long do I have to add the tax ID?

Re

What you need first of all is a correctly registered COMMERCIAL & the notification of this to the tax office.

Without a business & annual tax return to the tax office about the income & expenses of your business, it would be punishable.

To answer the question with the 30%, there are 2 explanations from the FAQ:

Twitch requires all providers - including US and non-US, nonprofit and exempt organizations - to provide a valid tax ID in order to comply with US tax filing requirements. The tax interview is used to gather the information necessary for identification and create a document (either an IRS Form W-8 or W-9) that can be used to determine whether your payments need to be reported to the IRS and, if applicable, the US - Withholding tax can be reduced or canceled. If you don't complete this interview, a withholding tax rate of up to 30% may be applied to your payments.

And the following:

Under the IRS, Twitch is required to withhold up to 30% of amounts paid to non-US citizens for certain payments. If applicable, withholding taxes will be automatically deducted from your payments.

The only important thing is, are all fields GREEN? So for successful?
For me they were then red (i.e. The entire document in the overview) if there was an error. You can't send the contract beforehand either.

How exactly do I do that with the fabric and the announcement am I allowed to do it alone at the age of 15?

Re

Oi… No.
The topic is then completely dealt with for you.
To register a trade with the trade office, you must be at least 18 years old.
With your trade license you go to the tax office & apply for everything else, in my case my tax number.

If you want to have a business under the age of 18, you must apply to the supervisory court to become legally competent. In short: Your parents will surely help you here if they want to.

Any income must be reported to the tax office.
You may only collect donations for charitable purposes & every donor needs a donation receipt.

So what exactly do i have to do now for twitch affiliate? According to twitch, I only need the tax ID. What else do I have to do outside of twitch so that I'm not liable to prosecution? Please explain briefly every answer from them helped me a lot.

Re

I have already given you the explanation.

Although Twitch is 13 and older, the Affiliate Terms of Service also state that parental permission is required if you have to participate in the affiliate or partner program if you are not yet of legal age.

Your parents have the tax ID. But you want to stay free, but still don't want to register a business & that in turn is a criminal offense in Germany. It is called tax evasion.

Since you are of criminal age, even youth arrest, suspended sentences & conditions would be among others. Your consequence plus tax debts. By law, however, you are not allowed to conclude such contracts under the age of 18 without the consent of your parents, in this case even self-employment.

The alternative is: Your parents register a business in their name. However, it does not exempt all incoming and outgoing payments and filing an annual tax return.

Is that also true in Austria? And if I have a business, I still have to give my tax ID, right? And how do I get a trade, so how can you apply for it

Re

Yes, that also counts for Austria.

The first sentence under the point "Commercialism". You can read the rest. And also in AT you have to be 18 years old.

And if I have a business, I still have to give my tax ID, right?

Yes

And how do I get a trade, so how can you apply for it

I have already mentioned several times.
