However, it is always pixelated and with Farcry 3 there are some pixelated stripes in the stream… I made the bit rate to 5000 and higher and lower but brought nothing… I have 60Mb download and 30 upload… I really don't know what could be wrong.
Your processor is pretty garbage to stream, just like your memory.

Yes, but I mainly streamed on the graphics card. And before that I had a GT 630 because I could stream MC to 1080p 30fps without pixelation.
You still need a decent processor and memory. You can't do anything with that.
